13/13 Inspirational Daily card, How was your day?

Sorry I am late dear readers for June 7th its almost over. I want to thank you personally for following my blog as I have over 1,200 followers now. WOW! I also realize some of my followers are in Australia and China and they already 12-1 7 hours ahead of where I am in TORONTO in EDT.

But I am really only one little lady. Busy juggling like THE MAGICIAN in the TAROT,  in person clients,booking future events, doing events, writing- a lot, taking care of my family, a dog, 2 cats and wait a minute the Psychic needs down time to simply reflect. It is a very demanding lifestyle. But I do love it. It is draining and I am also under pretty heavy Astrology transits which I will write about too.

So June 7 which is 6, 7 (20)  13 adds up to 13, 13 as a client of mine pointed out today.  VERY FEMININE Number.

A light breezy,  dual natured/LOVERS, gender conscious New Moon. The NEW MOON features the Sun Moon Jupiter Mars and Athena Asteroid Goddess of Wisdom in the Dual air sign. That’s 5 “planets” in Yin/Yang relationships.

Mercury the ruler of Gemini is in Cancer focusing all that Mental Floss through EMO. We are “finking”  sensitive, feeling, your tummy will tell you. That’s Emotional Intelligence we need .

When I started studying Tarot I’d already learned Astrology, so I was quite bewildered to discover Gemini as the sign of the LOVERS at first. The Air sign is detached, Peter Pan like. Gemini is duality, ambivalence, immature but mainly about COMMUNICATING, which is vital to any relationship.

Gemini is a twin sign- think YIN YANG in  Eastern mysticism. In the West we split- Masculine/Feminine

R.I.P. Ray Manzarek, the end, Astrology of rock legend by Tara Greene

I was sad to hear that co-founder, organist and bass player of the Doors Ray Manzarek passed on May 20.

I was a huge Doors fan and got to see them perform live when they first released Light my Fire in a small C.B.C. Toronto studio in 1967 with a maybe a hundred people or so in the audience. I also saw them play two more times and met them twice backstage. I have  a nice photo of Ray which I will scan and post.

Ray's signature organ music, he played bass and lead, certainly is the mainstay of the Doors sound. Jim was the writer and leader, but the two really coalesce the powerful Doors music sound. Of course John Densmore and Robby Kreiger also made the entire group what it was.

Ray Manzarek was an AQUARIAN born February 12 1939 Chicago Illinois 3:30 am.

Ray had the SUN in the 2nd house of resources conjunct his Mercury-planet of communications. He was an age of Aquarius kind of guy. An innovator, a genius, worked well in groups and a great organizer.

MOON in SAGITTARIUS at 6 degrees is conjunct Mars at 8 degrees in his 12th house. This is  a very spiritual placement.  Ray's was a fiery emotional and spiritually driven man. His drive {Mars} was to awaken and inspire people. His Music was honest, inspiring, philosophical, all-encompassing.

Close to the Galactic Center. This placement makes people visionaries because they are really tuned into a HIGHER REALITY and vibration. They are metaphysicians of one sort or another. Touring, travelling and seeing new places was something  Ray must have loved. I am certian he was very well read.

 VENUS his artistic talents was at 6 degrees CAPRICORN in the 1st  house of self.

He loved to work, he was ambitious for success and a practical disciplined hard worker.  Serious reliable and responsible. He was probably the rock of the doors. Jim was the flagrant leader and wild man poster boy poet. Ray always wore suits in true Capricorn style. He was also a serious film student, meeting  Jim Morrison at UCLA film school.

Ray had JUPITER at 9 degrees Pisces also in the 2nd house of resources. Jupiter is the traditional ruler of  PISCES and SAGITTARIUS. Pisces is the sign of all artists, musicians, creatives. His musical resource was SPIRIT itself. May have been some addictions issues there as well. Playing the organ, an instrument usually reserved for churches also shows the religious nature of his art.

SATURN at 14 degrees ARIESs at the bottom of his chart on the IC.

Ray ws serious about doing his own thing.  His dad must have had a strong influence on him. He had great energy and initiative and a unique communications style. He was meant to be an entrepreneur and the King of his own domain.

PLUTO at the 29th Critical degree of CANCER he was born at the end of the Cancer Pluto generation. He was emotionally intense and loyal, Protective of his friends and family and his privacy.

NEPTUNE in the 9th house is in VIRGO at 22 degrees Retro.

Neptune is the highest elevated planet and shows him as a creative/musical teacher, film maker, philosopher, globe-trotter, eclectic in his approach. A  mystical man,a dreamer, a romantic, a work aholic, a perfectionist who honed his craft to the Nth degree.

URANUS is at 14 degrees TAURUS in his 5th house of creativity

Uranus rules his Aquarius SUN & Mercury. The signature of an original pioneering person, who walked their own path. The 5th house is the house of creative self-expression as a gift of Love.

Ray's NORTH NODE was at 12 degrees of SCORPIO in the 10th house.

A SCORPIO north Node says that Ray's highest goal was to be an agent of deep emotional change, rebirth, transformation. Death, the shadow, the deep dark secrets, taboo's, was part of his worldly fame. His music was the accompaniment for Jim Morrison's deep dark sexy poetry/songs. Ray's playing was an integral part of the musical depths to which the Door's took its listener's. It was dark, taboo, THE END. 

AT his DEATH

Ray died of bile cancer in Germany. He was private about his struggle with Cancer. He left his wife of 45 years, a son and three grandchildren. The recent SOLAR ECLIPSE of May 9 was at 19 degrees TAURUS and fell in a square- hard aspect between his Mercury and SUN. Solar eclipses change the nature of a person's Identity. The Uranus- Pluto square also fell 2 degrees from his SATURN close to his IC. Endings, roots.  NEPTUNE at 5 degrees PISCES was squaring his MOON in the 12th house. A beautiful return call home to spirit.

Another manifestation of this energy would be Angelina Jolie’s recent double mastectomy as a truly Uranus in Aries- new radical technology, “heroically” standing up to Death, that is PLUTO. You see the symbolism is in everything and everywhere.

Someone I know who’s career has been floundering suddenly finds their career and finances revived. Others relationships are falling apart, they suddenly Uranus -lose their job their home.They find out their spouse has been cheating { PLuto} on them. The MONSANTO/Government issues is all Uranus- tech death seeds, robot bees, and Pluto- controlling the government secretly. We have to be careful how we use technology. Literally it is atomic energy- Uranium and Plutonium.

Yes there is danger from unexpected, chaos from Terrorists atomic weapons and the Government becoming more fascistic the dark side of Pluto. Convincing the people they need the government to watch and monitor their every move, to totally control the population. It has its high side potential and dark side potential.

Kind of a Luke Skywalker / Darth Vader/ Yoda energy for us all to live through that Archetypal story.

Embrace change

Learn to love the chaos. Growth is change and change is the very nature of the Universe, nothing is actually solid,

Be like the FOOL in the Tarot, the zero, naught, nothing, who lives in the moment, who trusts, who is open to all new experiences, who isn’t afraid to step off the cliff. Use this time to the max- get rid of old clutter, old ideas about how thing are. About who you are,what is possible.  Uranus urges every individual to get up off their asses and do what they feel is right for themselves and the collective. Rage against the machine. Pluto is taking apart the  Old Order but the old order is tightening the screws and are more fearful than ever.  I think Iceland seems to be one of the few really honest spiritual democratic countries operating.

Wake up people shake off your sleep. You can change your world,you and only you. Do you have a higher purpose? Don’t you remember who you are? That’s URANUS beckoning you. Pluto is your SOUL. Uranus and Pluto may have to give us very nasty shocks to awaken us.  It’s up to us.

Beckon them ask them to come into your life as allies and Guides. Uranus likes wild and crazy offbeat out of the ordinary individuals. Pluto rules Soul someone who has listened to their soul their entire life. You want those kind of people to come guide you. Who do you admire?  Oprah? an artist? a brave soul? an inventor? Steve Jobs? Banksy?

4 day Square Dance MEDITATION with Uranus & Pluto 

Create a sacred ceremonial space to do this meditation. Have a notebook and pen handy. Breathe, slow down close your eyes focus on your heartbeat and breathing empty your mind.

Imagine Uranus + Pluto personified. In your imaginations see Uranus holding out an object to you. Pluto stands in the shadows watching. Pluto is death as an ally. Life is short better get Real right now. Do this faithfully for the next 4 days. Take your time, the slower you breathe the deeper you go. Trust and allow. Feel sensations.
