Castro dies. Astrology of someone who survived 638 Assassination attempts

Fidel Castro died Nov. 25, 2016 at age 90. I know many people saw the irony that it was Black Friday the most consumerist, capitalist sales day in the U.S.  Thousands of Cuban ex-pats are celebrating in Florida. 

My family and I visited Cuba about 6 years ago. Canada has always had open relations with Cuba and it was mainly Canadian, European and South American tourists who have vacationed there since they opened to tourism and 49% foreign investments as a way to survive after the fall of Russia in the early 1990’s.  We are very aware of the communist suppression going on and the poverty yet compared to the illiteracy, total poverty, and the difficult feudal impoverished lives Cubans had pre-Revolution they seemed to be doing quite well. We found the Cubans to be quite amazing people, very proud with great spirits. The problem is with free education and health care they have no room to expand. Doctors made less money than those who worked in Hotels. There were police or security guards watching out for everything all the time.  Now there are cell phone and I don’t know what it is like since Americans have been allowed in freely. It felt like it was the safest place I had ever been.  We loved it. 

I was wondering what the astrology chart of a man who had single-handedly fought against America, and at such a close range, and then survived the collapse of Russia and had outlived 638 assassination attempts looked like. So here it is. 

The great Communist leader and dictator would of course have to be a LEO, with JUPITER Retrograde in AQUARIUS expanding the higher ideals of the planet of revolution, freedom, and staunch-no backing down, opposite to his naturally the leader Sun. Mercury Retrograde in Leo too. Someone who brings REvolution and redistributes policies. NEPTUNE was also in LEO conjunct to VESTA and his SUN. CASTRO was an idealist, a dreamer, of redistributing the wealth.

Castro was the son of a wealthy landowner, and studied law before creating  a band of fellow revolutionaries to overthrow Batista, Cuba’s dictator who had extensive links to the American mafia and other business interests.

This is an accurate birth time and his Moon was in LIBRA the sign or rebalancing and justice. With Venus in Cancer and Mars in Taurus conjunct to Chiron, Castro really loved his Motherland. He felt her pain and the people’s suffering deeply. He was motivated by altruistic ideals.

He really felt like he was the benefactor and Good father. URANUS in PISCES at the almost last degree of the Zodiac is very interesting. Indicating Castro was one of the last of his kind and almost completed his karmic incarnations in this lifetime. He was always a controversial figure. 

CASTRO’s death had been talked about for years. His health had been failing since 2008. At his death, it was a good death. Chiron in PISCES right on his MC, the place of worldly fame. With a recent opening with the U.S. the question is, with Trump vowing to shut down everything Obama did, will he close up the doors with Cuba? Then the phishing, the false promises, the "good luck" "candle lighting" and "prayers." and try to get your money refunded. My point is buyer beware.  Do your homework its easy to check up on who owns sites etc these days. 

Unfortunately naive superstitious people still think that some "psychic" or "astrologer" or "voodoo" practitioner or whatever will "bring you luck" "change your destiny" or "unite loved ones" or "remove curses" and all of that nonsense.  Those kinds of ideas are very naive, superstitious and disempowering, Never ever believe that anyone has the power to change your life authentically except You and you alone. This is a very powerful positive, expansive, rich, luxurious, romantic, big bling, corporate high-powered aspect. Venus is the one creating the T-squares. Remembering leonard Cohen. Astrology of his life and death

I am so sad to hear of Canadian singer and poet Leonard Cohen’s passing Nov. 10th at 82 years old.  I’ve been crying already since the election announcement just like millions of others and now this. Leonard has always been one of my favorite singers and songwriters. Beloved by millions for his ruthless, honest, exploration of the heart and soul and our common human condition, Cohen’s deep baritone soulful voice made him an unlikely pop star. His career spans 50 years as a musician and many of his songs, which were never charted hits, including Hallelujah, have been covered hundreds of times.

Cohen was born in Westmount Montreal to a well-off middle-class Jewish family. His name Cohen means that he is a High Priest, the most holy in the Jewish tradition. Much has been written about his life. You can Wikipedia that.  He just released his last album October 13th “You Want It Darker” which is totally prophetic, as he always was, what with Trump’s election. 

I have been a fan of Cohen since I first saw him singing at a Love-In at Queen’s Park Toronto in the summer of 1967 his first album Songs of Leonard Cohen was just being completed. 

I swear I wrote about Leonard’s chart years ago but it seems to have disappeared.  So let’s look at the modern bard’s life and death.

Leonard Cohen  born September 21, 1934

Leonard was an earthy, humble, perfectionist VIRGO with his SUN rising right on the Ascendant. This is a powerful symbol as his identity is about the dawn. The Sun is conjunct the asteroid EROS, and he was known for his erotic poetry and music. Virgo is also an austere sign and he was known for living in Zen-like sparsness. He was never a materialistic person. He has a beautiful, spiritual, creative, romantic, idealistic VENUS NEPTUNE conjunction in VIRGO in his 12th house opposite his poetic spiritual PISCES MOON. He is the ultimate poet and artist of spirit.

I have put in two special asteroids. Cohen was a big fan of the Spanish poet Garcia Lorca. The asteroid Lorcia sits right on his M.C. his career inspiration at 27 Gemini, the Pole star. Cohen’s career was to be the pivotal guiding star using his words to help others navigate their lives by.

The Virgo SUN Ascendant and his Venus-Neptune conjunction display the very meticulous, self-deprecating, hard-working tenacity, and songwriter that Cohen was, sometimes taking years to complete a song. Venus-Neptune in the 12th, by its placement is the most spiritual, solitary- he lived in a Monastery for 5 years, hermitlike, dreamy, a weaver of inspirational and psalms through music.

A Venus/Neptune conjunction in the 12th house is literally the end of love.

The PISCES Moon is conjunct to the Fixed Star Fomalhaut which marks the Archangel Gabriel the trumpet blower on Judgement Day. Pisces, ruled by Neptune and Jupiter in ancient rulership, is placed in his 6th house, which is naturally Virgo, gives a sympathetic exchange between the planets of emotions,compassionate and poetic dreams.  The Pisces Moon governs the collective psyche the deep emotional yearning to return to source. Leonard channeled the angels messages through his music. Hallelujah. 

Leonard’s PISCES MOON opposes his VENUS/NEPTUNE, squares CHIRON in GEMINI @ 9 degrees. One of the main T- squares in his natal chart. Chiron is conjunct to the Fixed STAR ALDEBARAN which is the marker of Archangel MICHAEL, the fiery protecting angel in the East. How literal is that? Leonard’s primal wound Chiron, and his vulnerability is his poetic message, which is also where the greatest healing is. He communicated as  a wounded healer, directly from the Angels.

Mercury the ruler of Cohen’s Ascendant, all of his Virgo and Gemini planets is in his first house at 17 LIBRA which is the position of two Fixed Stars, 1. Kraz, which means the claws of the Crow star and the word Tomorrow. The word procrastinate originated with this star.  Did Cohen put things off, or take a long time to communicate? yes. 2. Seginus in Constellation Bootes which means a reaper or harvester a guard or protector. The Libran influence also shows the dapper dresser and dashing figure that Cohen made. Libra rules relationships,justice, the arts, the peacemaker, go-between, seeing both sides of all issues, the light and the dark, the holy and the profane are very much Cohen themes.

Cohen was known as a Ladies Man and he had MARS in LEO, conjunct the SOUTH NODE conjunct to LILITH the Goddess of sexuality and independence in his 11th house of detachment.  South Node in Leo conjunct Mars indicates a past life as a great King, {Solomon?} a  natural leader, a warrior, a very powerful, fiery passionate man, heart felt, self-referential man. Mars in Leo is very sexual. Leonard was a proud but humble Lion, who worshiped women, who were strong, independent Lilith types. His women were unique, beautiful sexual free spirits, uncompromising and passionate. Mars conjunct Lilith is fatally drawn to these types and he may have had difficulty with intimacy. Leonard never married but had two children, son Adam and daughter Lorca who he named after his favorite poet, Spaniard, Frederico Garcia Lorca.  His was a courageous warrior of the heart.

SATURN opposite MARS in LEO

Leonard’s songs have always been heavy, and melancholy, doom and gloom realistic. He claimed he had depression for most of his life.  Cohen also lost his father when he was only nine years old.  These two planets Saturn in Aquarius and Mars in Leo symbolize the alchemy of turning Lead into gold. The “great work.” This was Cohen’s work, he did this personally and  in his art. 

These two planets also exemplify his quote. “I have always been attracted to the voluptuousness- Mars in LEO- of austerity- SATURN.

The 2nd T-square in Leonard’s chart is JUPITER in LIBRA in his 2nd house or resources and money in square to PLUTO in CANCER in his 10th house of worldly fame and notoriety in square to URANUS @ ZERO degrees TAURUS.

JUPITER Square PLUTO in his career house indicates Cohen’s drive and desire for success and brings luck and wealth. The square involving Uranus in Taurus Retrograde is very interesting revealing Cohen’s original style of singing, the gravelly, nasal,monotone, baritone. URANUS in TAURUS is a nontraditional sensualist, a way-shower, and radical freedom lover who is grounded in the world. Uranus in Taurus Retrograde in this T-square also indicated his financial ups and downs and losses late in his career forcing him to go on word tours in his 70’s to make money.

Note the asteroid Mariana conjunct to Cohen’s JUPITER in LIBRA. Oneof his most famous songs was “So long Marianne.”

PLUTO in CANCER is very sentimental and close to his childhood. Cohen had two children and althoug he said he didnt want them originally. He said he was very glad to have them as they were his closest companions now. Cohen always kept his apartment in Montreal even though he lived in the U.S. for many years. He also loved being near water and in the 60’s he lived on the Greek Island of Hydra. 

SATURN Retrograde in AQUARIUS in his 5th house of creativity, love affairs and the arts. Cohen is a total revolutionary, non-conformist in the bone. He was born that way. Saturn rules both Capricorn and Aquarius in traditionalAstrology. He honored tradition, his Jewish past, the bible, Jesus, but is not bound to the tradition. Saturn, the father, his karma, limitations, obstacles, maturity and legacy is in TRINE to Jupiter in Libra. These two planets balance each other out very well.

SATURN sextile JUNO on the GALACTIC CENTRE @ 27 degrees SAGITTARIUS

These two form a YOD or finger of GOD to PLUTO in CANCER in his 10th house. JUNO is the feminine form of Genius, and all good poets have a MUSE. In a mans’ chart Juno would be one indicator of his MUSE. The GALACTIC CENTER is a vast black hole at the center of our Galaxy. It is mysterious and dark and to those who are tuned into it receive mystical insights into the nature of our souls and ou life’s missions. Cohen channeled his art in a unique yet traditional way, through Saturn structure, folk music and traditional Greek instruments, poetry, and as a modern bard. This was his soul’Pluto’s mission. 

AT HIS DEATH NOVEMBER 7, 2016

Cohen died November 7th in Los Angeles with his children there. No cause of death has been given yet, The news wasn’t reported until the 10th. I find his exiting the planet pre-Trump election to be very significant. 

SATURN Lord of death @ 15th degrees Sagittarius is conjunct to the GREAT ATTRACTOR calling him home. Saturn is squaring Cohen’s Neptune Venus in Virgo. Saturn is also opposed to Cohen’s Chiron in Gemini, he had been ailing for the last while. He knew he was going to die soon.

VENUS at 23 Sagittarius is squaring Cohen’s Sun. A message of love from the Galactic Center.

Transiting Mars in Capricorn was opposite his PLUTO in Cancer which signifies death. Heart failure is a likely cause.

Transiting Pluto in square to his natal JUPITER in LIBRA with transiting URANUS opposite to JUPITER. Death may have come very swiftly which is a blessing.

Cohen was having his 7th JUPITER return now. This is a peaceful death. Cohen had lived a very full, very creative life. Jupiter is the King, symbolizing God, he was ready to go home.

 Leonard Cohen left the world with NEPTUNE  and the South Node on his Natal PISCES Moon. Neptune is opposite to his Natal Neptune. The North Node in Virgo conjunct to his natal Neptune/Venus. That’s one amazingly beautiful spiritual escort back to source for sure. In his last album just released in October Cohen sang ” I am ready my Lord. “

We will all surely miss the great poet. I know he is finding out if that Chord pleases the Lord. His music will always inspire us and help us to express what we can’t put into words. The music for many generations already and many yet to come. Thank you Leonard. As a Canadian we have lost a legend. I send blessings to his family, son and daugher. I will say kiddish prayers for him for the required 7 days as is Jewish custom. The flag in Montreal will fly at half- mast today in Quebec on the 11th on Remembrance day to honour its departed son. RIP Leonard. I know you have been danced to the end of love.

Once in a lifetime, Neptune conjuncts South Node Nov. 17 by Tara Greene

This is something no one alive has ever experienced! For real. 

This is a truly a major event. Neptune conjuncts the SOUTH NODE, Nov. 17 @ 2:09 pm PST/ 5:09 pm EDT/ 10:09 pm GMT @ 9+ degrees PISCES. The last time Neptune in Pisces conjunct the South Node was in September of 1849! 167 years ago. Canada wasn’t even a country yet.

There was a global push back then for more compassionate and humanitarian values which led to the American Civil War in 1861 which led to the abolition of slavery.  Actually it was all about cotton and the Industrial Revolution as well. 

Neptune governs Pisces, and is the planet of spirituality, illusions, endings, psychic energy, dreams, martyrs, magic, drugs, addictions, the oceans, art, creativity, co-dependence, debt, Hollywood, glamour, Oil, self-undoing, mental health, “soul mates” charity, gurus, yoga, and projection.

It’s the last sign, and symbolizes the end of the world as we know it. 

We are repeating lessons, energies and ideals from 1849. The SOUTH Node in PISCES

The South and North Nodes of the Moon are the points where the Moon’s path crosses the Ecliptic, the Sun’s path in the sky. These are ancient and very karmic points in Astrology. The North Node also known as the Dragon’s Head or Rahu in Vedic Astrology is our evolutionary goal, our DHARMA. The South Node or Dragon’s Tail, or Ketu is our Karma what we have sown. Karma is not punishment just cause and effect. The Nodes of the Moon are very important because astronomically they create eclipses of the Sun and Moon. The transiting Nodes represent the collective karma of the world, the collective unconscious. Every 19 years  these nodes return to the same positions. 

The South Node, Dragon’s Tail, or Ketu, symbolizes our personal past lives, our ancestor’s DNA and emotional patterns and memories within our cells. The South Node in Pisces symbolizes our collective Past Lives. The South Node is a comfort zone, the path of least resistance, a buffer against change and growth. It is where you retreat to in fantasy,  in denial, through addictions, shoot yourself in the foot, go unconscious, repeat past life patterns of abuse, trauma, victimization, and delusions. It is where you project your power onto others, especially with South Node in PISCES. 

The SOUTH NODE can suck us into the maelstrom, the yearning to go unconscious and escape dealing with the harsh realities of the world and our emotions through addictions or whatever helps us to hide the pain.  

This aspect makes it very hard to figure out WTF is going on. We are in a collective unreality, a fog, wandering or drifting around in a haze trying to grasp an elusive something- a soul mate, a fix, a perfect guru, the spiritual high, the perfect political leader, and glamour which puts us into debt. With Neptune on the South Node we are as a collective of humans,  at a major turning point in time. We need to address the lack of compassion and humanitarian values in politics, in our culture, and the corporate greed and control by oil and pharmaceutical industries which are destroying our environment.  The DAKOTA ACCESS PIPELINE being blocked by indigenous peoples who are Water Protectors is totally of this significance now.

Neptune on the SOUTH NODE allows everyone easy access to be a visionary.  To tap into direct knowledge of what real spirituality is. No outside authority or any organized religion can tell you what to do when you are in touch with source/ God/ Goddess directly. All true spirituality is about love and compassion and never harming, oppressing, killing or manipulating anyone else.

This is the time to join in the collective feelings that we are all One and raise our vibrations to heal the earth.  We are souls having a temporary human experience. This is to know the BELOVED in everyone in the world and to fall in love with the world and create heaven on earth in a very pragmatic way. Magic must be made real and practical, working daily miracles, having gratitude, and humility. 

If you have planets within 4 degrees, plus or minus to 9 degrees of PISCES you will be feeling this energy the strongest. Astrology explains WTF is going on in this election.

I guess I had been out of the loop all day reading at a Fundraising Charity event for the United Way and then at my daughter’s High School Graduation this evening. So I come home and find all of this gobbledygook from Trump’s minion’s and the bible belters accusing Hillary of being a STANANIST?????

Because Hillary’s adviser Howard Podesta got an invite to an ART PERFORMANCE by world famous artist Marina Abramovic’s “spirit dinners” which supposedly consisted of Horrors Breast milk and sperm.  Those are ancient archetypal symbols of the feminine and the masculine and symbols of fertility, they even had to drag Aleister Crowley’s name into it of course. 

Now the levels of insanity are going to drown the Titanic. Who put the LSD in the kool-aid at the Church stump for Trump?  OMG These right wing conservatives are certifiably insane.  They are so stupid and gullible. This kind of witch hunting makes me really mad. 

Yes I have read about the Rockefellers’ the Queen, the Bildenburgers, the topper most of the top peeps who do satanic rituals Sacrifice children etc. Is is true? Maybe… If you are totally into power and control, you have totally sold your soul to the devil which just means Saturn/ Satan, the material world. I mean the Nazi’s were obsessed with this. 

I spent 5 years in Art College from 1971 when performance and conceptual art were just beginning to take off. I understand Marina Abramovic’s use of these  symbols. They are common archetypal and ancient tantric symbols. They are used to transcend the material world in actuality. 

The concept of the Devil and their counterpart witches was created by the Catholic Church anyways. They turned their own demonic pursuit of control of everybody and everything into a shadow projection onto the simple pagan, nature worshippers. The God Pan was worshipped in ancient times as the Goddesses consort and as a fertility god, to impregnate the Goddess to ensure life would continue. The Church knew the power of sexuality as a direct expression of connection to the Goddess and God force energies. They wanted to stop all of that.  All of the demonic upside down pentagrams were never used by authentic pagans. The Church used them to stop the pagans. The church leaders were the devil incarnate, they are satanic.  Then they killed almost 9 million innocent people the majority 80% were women as witches, and thenstole their property. 

Don’t get me started on a 21st Century Witch burning. 

This kind of behaviour made me think of the U.S.’s progressed astrology chart which has MARS the planet of the men, war, sex, aggression, and defences now RETROGRADE since July 19, 2006,  @ 18 degrees 42 minutes of Libra in the U.S.’s 10th house of worldly reputation.   

WHAT IS A PROGRESSED CHART?

It is a technique where planets move forwards, are progressed in a system that counts 1 day for a year. It is used with a natal chart to see how a person, country or business is growing and changing. Progressions also include planets turning Retrograde. This technique gives us another hidden access to WTF is going on here.

If Mars is the action planet then Mars moving backwards or Retrograde is a REACTION. If one is reactive one is not “at cause” one is “at the effects of” something else. 

I would  see all of these behaviours, platforms and anti-defensive shutdowns of the borders rhetoric of Donald Trump as stemming from the Nations’ collective REACTIONARY state, very literally. It explains so much to me.  

Also NOTE the U.S. progressed SUN  entered PISCES!!! on Halloween- speaking of witches, in 2004. The Progressed SUN the will, life force and identity of the U.S. is delusional, in denial, is addicted to unreality and believes in false gurus, saviours, redemption, addicted to religion,food, cell phones, drugs, Hollywood, money, oil, glamour, BIG PHARMA, etc.  in PISCES.

This is an incredibly powerful chart to use to see why this election is so crazy. 

The Progressed U.S. Sun is @ 12 degrees PISCES squaring the Natal Ascendant at 12 degrees SAGITTARIUS which is conjunct to transiting SATURN at 14 degrees Sag. This indicates a fog over the land. Saturn in Sagittarius is a traditional conservative but Sun in Pisces indicates some fishiness. There is compassion, delusion  but also sleight of hand. The  P. Sun is conjunct to transiting Neptune and the South Node. Delusions anyone? 

The  P. Sun is conjunct to transiting Neptune and the South Node which indicates a movement to the past which is projected as “heavenly” or whole. Delusions anyone? 

The U.S. Progressed MOON- the people’s mood is @ 8 degrees SAGITTARIUS exactly being squared by Transitting NEPTUNE and the NODES This is such a FATED time.

The Progressed MOON, the unconscious is exactly opposite to the U.S.’s natal URANUS @ 8 degrees GEMINI. Which is also being squared by the NODES andNEPTUNE. Yes we want a change, freedom and revolution but Who knows WTF end is up?

The U.S. Moon is conjunct to transiting SATURN @ 14 degrees Sagittarius and the US Ascendant at 12 degrees SAGITTARIUS. The Moon is in the 12th house of unconsciousness and projection, endings, delusions but on the Ascendant, the persona and mask. Progressed MARS at 18 degrees LIBRA

Progressed MARS @ 18 degrees LIBRA in the U.S. 10th house of worldly fame is also conjunct to Natal Saturn @ 14 degrees LIBRA and transiting JUPITER @ 12 degrees LIBRA. This is a karmic battle between restriction and expansion, should I stay or should I go? Jupiter is the planet of humour, foreigners, and laws. Saturn with Mars is the restrictive, Patriarchal, macho, Old Boys, “we’ll knock ’em out.” Trump style to a  T. 

Transiting Pluto at 15 Capricorn is squaring RetroPro Mars,Saturn, and JUPITER. 

Pluto  in Capricorn is the PLUTOCRACY.  On the one hand Hillary is that 1% but so is Trump even if he is “independent.” His casinos and his buildings are usually tied to the Mafia. There is a battle going to be fought, and it will be HUGE as Donald says. HUGE!  No  matter what side wins- America is set to go through an internal battle with its  own shadows.
